NYCC 2026: Official G.I. Joe Classified Series 2027 Wave 1 Images and File Cards Revealed!

Hasbro has released the official promotional images for its first wave of G.I. Joe Classified Series figures arriving in 2027, following the exciting reveals at New York Comic Con 2026!

The new images give collectors a much better look at the figures, their detailed sculpts, weapons, and accessories. Even more exciting for longtime G.I. Joe fans, the character file cards have also been revealed, bringing back another beloved element of the classic G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero collecting experience.

G.I. Joe Classified Series 2027 Wave 1

The upcoming assortment includes:

  • Cobra H.E.A.T. Viper – Cobra’s heavily armed anti-armor specialist.
  • Hardball – The baseball-inspired G.I. Joe heavy weapons expert.
  • Daina – The Oktober Guard sharpshooter joins the Classified Series.
  • Shipwreck (Modern Version) – The fan-favorite sailor returns with an updated tactical appearance and his trusty parrot, Polly.
  • Dreadnok Flatline – The Dreadnoks’ unconventional medic joins Cobra’s growing ranks.

Hasbro has also showcased additional renders of Retro Chuckles, Zarana, and Tunnel Rat, giving collectors an early look at more figures planned for 2027.

Official Images and Character File Cards

Along with the official figure photography, the newly revealed file cards add another layer of nostalgia for collectors who grew up reading the character backgrounds included with the original 1980s action figures.

The images highlight Hasbro’s continued commitment to blending classic G.I. Joe designs with modern sculpting, articulation, and accessories.

Preorders are scheduled to open Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 1 PM Eastern, with the first assortment expected to arrive in early 2027.
